ONE Properties has acquired the site located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Church Street and Wellesley Street East for the purpose of creating a new mixed-use development.

Community Consultation Process

We believe that the planning and development of the site comes with a special community responsibility. We believe that it is important to create a vision for a new development that physically fits within and addresses the community’s sense of self along Church Street and Wellesley Street. We seek your help.

ONE Properties is holding a series of Pre-submission Community Consultation visioning meetings prior to submission of a formal rezoning application. Three Pre-submission Community Consultation meetings are planned to gather ideas from the local residents, businesses and community associations.

You are encouraged to attend the Community Consultations where you can provide your ideas and feedback.  Any and all are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.
